Cancellations
Non-Event Periods
Cancellations or changes made by 5PM (PST) 5 days prior to your arrival day will not incur any penalty. Cancellations after that time will incur a fee of one night's lodging or 50% of booked lodging, whichever is greater. Cancellations made on day of arrival and no-shows incur a cancellation fee of 100% of booked lodging.
Holiday/Event Periods
All reservations for event periods require a one night deposit at time of booking. Deposits are refundable up to 30 days prior to your arrival day, after which time the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made on day of arrival and no-shows incur a cancellation fee of 100% of booked lodging.
Cancellations/changes made up to 14 days prior to your arrival day incur a fee of 50% of booked lodging for the following periods:
- Martin Luther King weekend
- Dinah Shore
- White Party
- Coachella Music
- July 4th
- Labor Day
- Gay Pride
- Thanksgiving
For the following event periods a 100% cancellation fee will apply for change/cancels made within 30 days of your arrival day:
- President's Day
- Memorial Day
- Christmas/New Year's
Hotel Policies
All rates in US dollars, minimum stay requirements may apply.
Room rates are for single or double occupancy. All rooms are subject to applicable taxes.
A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, travelers cheques, personal checks (with photo ID), and cash.
Should you depart earlier than your confirmed checkout date, you will be charged for the full amount of your lodging reservation.
Rooms are available for check-in after 3PM. If you are planning an early arrival, please let us know and we will certainly try to accommodate you. Also, please advise us if you plan to arrive after 7PM so we may ensure proper arrangements are made.
All rooms and interior common areas are non-smoking; smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only. There is a minimum $100 cleaning charge for smoking in rooms. There is a $25 charge for lost keys.
While we love our four-legged friends, we regret that we cannot accept pets.
Complimentary wireless internet access is provided as an amenity to our guests. Our network is protected, however we make no guarantees as to availability, signal strength, or intrusions to your computer. Should you experience difficulty, we will do our best to help you get connected.
Spa services are limited and by appointment only. We recommend that you make your spa reservation well in advance of your desired appointment.
