Low Season is July, August and December, excluding Holidays and Event Periods.
Mid Season is January, June and September, excluding Holidays and Event Periods.
Peak Season is February to May, October and November, excluding Holidays and Event Periods.
Holiday/Event Periods include: Presidents Day, White Party, Coachella Music Festival, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Gay Pride, Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Years Week.

Hotel Policies
- Room rates are for single or double occupancy. All rooms are
subject to applicable taxes.
- A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation. We
accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, travelers cheques,
personal checks (with photo ID), and cash.
- A reservation may be changed or cancelled up to 7 days prior
to arrival without penalty.
- Should you depart earlier than your confirmed checkout date,
you will be charged for the full amount of your lodging reservation.
- Certain holiday periods and event weekends require 30 days
advance notice to cancel or change. Advance deposits may be required
for these periods.
- Rooms are available for check-in after 3PM. If you are planning
an early arrival, please let us know and we will certainly try
to accommodate you. Also, please advise us if you plan to arrive
after 7PM so we may ensure proper arrangements are made.
- All rooms and interior common areas are non-smoking; smoking
is permitted in outdoor areas only. There is a minimum $100 cleaning
charge for smoking in rooms. There is a $25 charge for lost keys.
- While we love our four-legged friends, we regret that we cannot
accept pets.
- Spa services are limited and by appointment only. We recommend
that you make your spa reservation well in advance of your desired
appointment.
